Delivery Information

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

There is a small delivery charge of £3.95 on all orders. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Pharmaceutical products and orders over £30 are sent Recorded delivery and need to be signed for on receipt. All orders received before 10:00am will usually be despatched to you within two working days anywhere in the UK (there may be delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands).

For International orders, once you have placed the order, we will get in touch with you via email to notify you about the delivery charges.

Our preferred delivery service for heavier parcels (over 1kg) classes the UK Islands as 'International' destinations, for which there is an additional delivery charge based on the weight of the parcel, that will not be automatically added by our website. In this situation, we will get in touch with you before dispatching any heavy parcels, to advise you of the cost and to ask if you are prepared to proceed.

Methods of Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£UK).

Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are acceptable.

Ordering from outside of the UK, payment can only be accepted by credit card.

Payment is normally debited from your account within 48 hours of your order.

Cheques or Postal Orders can be accepted (instructions for this are emailed to you on acceptance of your order).  Goods will only be released on cleared funds.

Returns Policy
At Andres Pharmacy  we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition and unopened (seals intact) within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £2.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking.To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
